For over 100 years, YWCA Golden Gate Silicon Valley mission is to eliminate racism and empower women with programs focused on 1) empowering people and communities in healing from the trauma of racism, bigotry and violence, 2) achieving solutions to homelessness for people impacted by racism, gender inequality, and violence and 3) inspiring opportunity and economic security by closing the prosperity and education gap. We focus the provision of these services to those impacted by race and gender inequality, and we use an intersectional and intergenerational approach that recognizes the compounding impact of oppression. Reporting to the COO, the Data Management & Reporting Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the YWCA GGSV’s data collection and evaluation efforts, ensuring that the organization is able to effectively evaluate its work and use findings to drive improvement and increase impact. The Data Management & Reporting Coordinator will support the organization’s efforts to collect, manage, and share data with both internal and external audiences.  The Coordinator:

Candidates must have excellent organizational and project management skills.  Candidates must BA/BS degree or equivalent, or at least one year of experience with data management.  Non-profit and grant experience preferred.  The ideal candidate must have a high-level and demonstrated understanding of computer literacy. Key to success is the ability to work independently and staying organized. Candidates should be competent in using Microsoft Office(Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and have experience in data management and record keeping.

Required: Cleared background check (fingerprinting) and reliable internet. This position can be 100% remote if person is resides in California.
