“At a time when every day presents new chaos and uncertainty surrounding social services and human rights, we are extremely honored to celebrate women making a difference,” said Adriana Caldera Boroffice, CEO, YWCA Golden Gate Silicon Valley. “These women represent the best of what it means to lead with vision, compassion, and integrity. Their efforts remind us all of the importance of community, leadership, and the pursuit of equality—and that’s something that deserves to be recognized.”
Tribute to Women Awards salutes those corporations whose policies and practices encourage women’s leadership and promote equal advancement opportunities for women of diverse backgrounds. “Cisco is proud to be a partner of YWCA Golden Gate Silicon Valley’s mission,” said Karen Ashley, VP Business Development. “Cisco powers an inclusive future for all by bringing people together, and the Tribute to Women Awards supports this initiative by recognizing the value of women’s leadership.”
Your YWCA strives to promote gender equality for women and girls in the workplace, and the larger community. We advocate to ensure diverse representation at all levels, including the highest-ranking leadership positions.
Congratulations to the 43 Honorees who will be recognized May 1
