We support women and families so they can achieve economic security.
We offer digital upskilling and employment training, job coaching and placement services, as well as entrepreneurship services and two weeks of complimentary quality clothing. Our vision is that everyone, at all times, has the support and skills they need to pursue the jobs, business startups, and financial opportunities that they dream of, and that the systemic barriers to achieving these dreams are dismantled through our programmatic interventions, issue education that changes hearts and minds, and legislative advocacy that removes systemic oppression.

YWCA Golden Gate Silicon Valley’s comprehensive Economic Opportunity Programs are designed to create significant, lasting change within the communities we serve. From job losses and income reduction, to the digital divide impacting education and workforce readiness, the obstacles women and families face have been numerous.
Our approach to career counseling, job coaching and training, digital upskilling, and entrepreneurship not only addresses these immediate barriers but also sows the seeds for long-term economic security and prosperity.
