Department/Program: Support Services (pending name change to Healing & Justice)/Anti-Human Trafficking ProgramReporting to the Anti-Human Trafficking Program Manager, the Bilingual Anti-Human Trafficking Advocate provides direct advocacy, case management, crisis counseling, and community referrals to Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children (CSEC) Youth and adult individuals impacted by human trafficking. Supports all activities related to case coordination and program operations, including but not limited to In-Person (CSEC, HT Adult, or SAFE) response, survivor accompaniment throughout all stages of the legal and/or immigration process, accompaniment and advocacy with social services, court, local law enforcement, and also distributes emergency funds. The Bilingual Anti-Human Trafficking works closely with other community partners to coordinate advocacy services. The Bilingual Anti-Human Trafficking will serve on committees and workgroups related to human trafficking. The Bilingual Anti-Human Trafficking Advocate must not fail in providing confidential services, informing survivors and their families of their legal rights and options, and supporting them in their choices throughout the case management process.

Reporting to the Support Line Manager, the Bilingual Crisis Intervention Advocate provides crisis intervention services to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. The Bilingual Crisis Intervention Advocate answers the 24/7 Support Line and provides Sexual Assault Response Team (SART) and Intimate Partner Violence (IPV) response to accompany individuals and their significant others at the hospital. The Bilingual Crisis Intervention Advocate often serves as the first point-of-contact for the community and completes intakes, assessments, and screenings for other programs, as well as provides crisis counseling and safety planning to those impacted by domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking.

Program/Department: Fund Development/PhilanthropyReporting to the Development & Events Manager, the Development & Events Coordinator will work closely with the Philanthropy team and other YWCA staff to advance YWCA’s mission in alignment with the Philanthropy Department goals and objectives. They will support the team in executing four signature events as well as corporate and donor engagement activities to ensure seamless event execution, exceptional donor stewardship, and accurate and timely event management. This position has access to sensitive YWCA information and is expected to handle such information with integrity and professionalism.
We are seeking an organized team member who has a very high level of attention to detail, is results-oriented and skilled at relationship building, and communicates clearly and thoroughly with internal and external partners. Essential to this role is a demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects at once and deal with competing priorities from multiple sources. This includes managing deadlines, following up as needed, and learning new skills quickly. Candidates must have experience, or interest, in understanding how to identify, cultivate, steward, and solicit gifts, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to influence and engage a wide range of stakeholders to build long-term relationships.
Essential responsibilities include:
- Event Registration Leadership and Platform Management (manage event and nomination microsites, lead registration process, maintain data integrity of donor/guest information, maintain communication with guests and donors)
- Event Logistical Leadership (lead venue and vendor management, seating chart planning, printing, staging, and other event prep; organize donation and in-kind goods for events; create event collateral)
- Event Donor Stewardship (provide customer service to all stakeholders, assist with stewardship processes)

Reporting to the Emergency Housing Program Manager, the Emergency Housing Case Manager provides direct advocacy, crisis counseling, safety planning, community referrals, and gender-based violence education to individuals and families impacted by domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking.
