The Marin Women’s Hall of Fame Class of 2026 Induction Reception was held January 28, 2026 at the Corinthian Yacht Club in Tiburon, CA.
Inductees are chosen by an anonymous selection committee comprised of Marin Women’s Hall of Fame Honorees, representatives from the founding organizations and community partners.
The Marin Women’s Hall of Fame recognizes Marin women of distinction, preserves their stories, educates the public on women’s contributions,
and inspires future generations of women and girls.
Class of 2027 nominations will open in summer 2026.
Before the Marin Women’s Hall of Fame, virtually no records of women’s achievements had been recorded in Marin County.
YWCA has proudly stewarded the Hall of Fame since 2013
and has since ensured a legacy for future generations that documents not only successes, but also represents a diverse sisterhood of women supporting each other, standing together and moving the needle on progress for all women.
Today, more than 180 women have been honored through the Marin Women’s Hall of Fame.

The Marin Women’s Hall of Fame Selection Committee is an anonymous group that reviews, scores, and selects each year’s inductees based on demonstrated impact, leadership, integrity, and alignment with the Hall of Fame’s mission to recognize and preserve women’s contributions and inspire future generations. Committee members are thoughtfully selected to represent a broad range of professional fields and geographic areas of Marin County and include founding members of the Marin Women’s Hall of Fame and past honorees. This diverse and confidential composition ensures a fair, informed, and community-centered selection process.
